About Your JCC Camp

Generations of families over 86 summers have enjoyed the Wyoming Valley JCC Camp. The JCC campsite is a gated, 40 acre jewel overlooking scenic Harvey’s Lake. Transportation is offered to and from the camp. Our camp abounds with forest, meadow, sports fields, three swimming pools, a large indoor sports arena (available for year round use,) a performing arts theatre in the round, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor basketball courts, a full buffet cafeteria, gaga court, archery, biking and nature trails, and so much more.

Your child enjoys the highest staff to camper ratio regionally.  Our diverse and qualified staff - teachers, coaches, student athletes, artists, musicians, dancers, and even former campers -  are from across the U.S. and Israel.   They care for and about your child. Staff participate in an intensive orientation program prior to the start of the season. Campers love our staff!

Our camp nurse is on-site during camp hours to handle any medical issues and for consultation. All programs include transportation to and from the camp along with a full buffet lunch served daily. Before and after care is available to all families at the camp site and at the JCC.

All children from age two to 9th grade are welcome! A program for children with special needs is available during select weeks of the season.
